Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this Health Questionnaire and PAR-Q form. When I receive your answers I will look over all of the information as we need to make sure that the live streamed classes, recorded classes and prerecorded exercise and workout videos will be suitable for you as we want to keep you safe in your postnatal recovery journey. Depending on some of your answers I may advise you to visit your GP or seek advice from a Women’s Health Physio before joining the Facebook Group and starting the exercises.

Before answering some of the questions please watch the videos which gives instructions on how to check your stomach for diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) and another on how to engage and activate your core and pelvic floor. If you have any queries about this at all please contact me and we can go through it.

The BuggyBootcamp@HOME live streamed classes and workout videos are suitable for postnatal mums from 6 weeks after a normal birth and 12 weeks after a c-section as long as you have had your six week postnatal check with your GP. There are beginner, Intermediate and advanced levels so please work at a level appropriate to you and build up slowly. My various 6 week core strength programmes are also accessible on BuggyBootcamp@HOME however they are provided without the reminders and check ins.

You will have full access to the live streamed classes, the recorded classes and the prerecorded workouts and programmes for the duration of your subscription.
