Thank you for your interest in summer school at the Montessori School of Champaign-Urbana (MSCU)! To register for summer school, please fill out the following form and submit the following by April 15th:

-- One month's tuition, due upon enrollment

Final payment for summer tuition is due on the following schedule:
-- June tuition = due on June 1st (minus your first week's tuition, if your first week will be in June)
-- July tuition = due on July 1st (minus your first week's tuition, if your first week will be in July)

Program costs will NOT BE REFUNDED OR ROLLED OVER if you need to withdraw after May 1, so please be sure of the program and dates you wish to enroll for prior to registering. NO PROGRAM CHANGES after May 1.

You may make any payments by check directly to the school office. Please be sure to note your child's name and the purpose of the payment (e.g., "Summer school - June tuition") in the memo/notes line of whichever payment option you choose.
