Members of Overdale Homeowners Association are entitled to participate in
and vote at meetings of the Association, use the common area park and
playfield, and pariticpate in social and other events sponsored by the
Association. Members will be included in notices and
communications from the board regarding the neighborhood and membership
in the Association.

Obligations of membership include payment of dues, currently billed to
members at the rate of $70 per quarter ($280 annual dues). Members are
encouraged to support the association by their participation in meetings of the
association, social and other events, and service on the Board of Directors, or
committees of the board.

To be included as soon as possible in any HOA mailings, emails or further
notices, please submit without delay. Requests for membership may be made
at any time but delayed requests may result in missed or delayed notices.
Membership for lot owners in the Overdale Park plat sections I, II and III will be
effective upon our receipt.

Property owners of the near perimeter, and non-occupant owners of property
in Overdale Park, who share the common interests of Overdale Park residents,
may also request membership. These requests are subject to the approval of
the HOA Board, per the HOA's Bylaws.
