The Digital Empathy Skills Workshop aims to deliver the following learning objectives:

1. Enhance one's knowledge of trauma
2. Enhance one's ability to process emotions and empathize with peers
3. Practice Digital Empathy Skills through drafting responses to modified cases

About the trainer:
Matt Oon is the founder of Acceset. He has worked on the Mattering research in partnership with NUS N.1 Institute of Health, funded by the Wellcome Trust Foundation. He is also a member of the Tote Board Shared Gifting Circle, and co-design training programs with several non-profit organizations. His work was recognized by Queen Elizabeth II, and was awarded the Queen's Young Leader Award in 2018.
