100+ MWC Nonprofit Nomination Form
To be eligible for an award, an organization:
-Must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in good standing
-Have been a 501(c)(3) for at least one full year
-Must be domiciled in Rapides Parish. Large national organizations may apply if they have an active chapter in Rapides Parish.  All funds must stay in Rapides Parish.  (i.e. American Red Cross, YWCA, Relay For Life, etc.)
-Must be non-political and non-religious in nature
-Someone affiliated with your organization (staff, active volunteer, board member) must be a member of 100+ Men Who Care
