We all have unconscious habits of mind that get in the way of our wellbeing, our effectiveness, and
our relationships. Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build
habits. Sustained change towards a more positive mind requires laying down neural pathways to
form new habits through consistent daily practice. That is what this program empowers you to do!
This program strengthens the parts of the brain that serve you and quiets those that sabotage you,
using the latest research in neuroscience, psychology and mindfulness to build mental “muscle” that
will sustainably serve you in returning to center and accessing your innate strength, creativity and
resilience despite the challenges you face.
Through a combination of evidence based assessments, 1:1 sessions with me, weekly small group sessions, weekly self-paced module learning, and daily app practice, this 8-week experience will profoundly shift how you relate to your brain to enhance your wellbeing, improve your relationships, and elevate your impact.
