2023 Community Survey by FPC of Waunakee

We at First Presbyterian Church (FPC) are in a time of transition.  Our senior pastor of over 30 years retired last summer.  We are now being lead by an interim pastor, Rev. Glen Reielderfer, to guide us in the process of finding our next senior pastor and charting the course for FPC for years to come.  We as a congregation are taking time to reflect on where we have been, where we are, and where we want to grow in the future.

At this time, we desire to see ourselves in the eyes of the community to discern new directions for meaningful ministry. Our service to the community is a high priority. Regardless of your religious affiliation, we ask that you complete this anonymous survey, and tell us about yourself and your concerns for the community. Your input will help us develop relevant, meaningful programs.

Our congregation actively supports dozens of organizations locally, regionally, and internationally including The River Food Pantry, Porchlight, Waunakee Food Pantry, Waunakee Neighborhood Connection, Outreach for World Hope, and Good News Kenya, just to name a few. Our building houses a number of small groups for all ages, half a dozen blood drives annually, Kindermusik classes, and Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) events.

As an inclusive house of worship, we offer opportunities for spiritual growth, fellowship, and support. We host a weekly coffee hour after our Sunday morning services. We have a very talented choir, brass and woodwinds band, and musical directors.

This anonymous survey is short and likely will only take about 5 minutes to complete.  It will help guide us in our direction of growth in the future.  We appreciate your voice in this important process.
