Please fill out the following information so that we may prepare for the new school year. Prior to the start of school we will ask for you to bring in the following items:  

ALL Students -Proof of residence to the address you give us (Examples: A utility bill or lease/mortgage statement)  Email proof of residency document/image to romemiddleregistration@rcs.rome.ga.us 

NEW to RCS Students -Copy of birth certificate, Copy of Social Security Card, Certificate of Immunization, Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental, and Nutrition Screening.  Email documents to romemiddleregistration@rcs.rome.ga.us
