Section for minors (minors are participants between 15-18 years) ONLY: Please note that in case you are minor- you parent/guardian should sign a Parental Permission Form. The form is signed after you have been offered a scholarship. Rules for minors include the following (you must check all boxes in order to be considered for participation):
Minors younger than 18 years need to be legally allowed by a parent or travel leader to be able to take part in the European Conference.
In some cases, the travelling of minors would have to be legally regulated locally in the participants home countries by registering the travel at the local police station. Please make sure your travel is registered in the relevant local institutions before you leave for the EU Conference and provide a scan copy to PTPI Europe. Participants and their parents/guardians are responsible for regulating their travel in the local authorities.
Minor participants are not allowed to drink alcohol at any time during the European Conference
Minor participants are not allowed to consume drugs at any time during the European Conference
Minor participants should inform their designated PTPI local contact whenever they want to do some activities on their own that are not part of the conference program. You will receive who is your PTPI youth leaders on your pre-departure orientation session
In case minors are not accompanied by 18+ members of the European Conference Organizing Committee or other Conference 18+ participant being outside after midnight is not allowed.
Violence of any type (verbal, psychological, physical and sexual) is strictly prohibited
Violation of any of the abovementioned rules will results with immediate termination of participation at the Conference and participants are expected to return home on their own expense
