Production Team/Crew Interest
Hello! This is UT's Production Team/Crew Interest form. If you're interested in being involved in a show next quarter in a Production Team capacity (e.g. stage/production management, lighting design, scenic design, etc.), you've come to the right place! Responses will be available to staff on UT shows and prospective proposers.

There's no experience required! Anyone can be involved in UT. This form is for those interested in both lead and assistant positions. For example, if you've never done sound before but you think you'd be interested in trying it out, we can teach you!

Note: This is NOT your only chance to get involved in UT's mainstage season. However, it is an opportunity to get your name out there, especially if you've never been involved in a show before and aren't sure where to start. It is also not a guarantee that you will be on a show--it is up to directors to reach out to designers as needed.

Are you interested in joining a weekly design cohort for the design or management role you indicated? *
Cohorts are groups of students led by a member of TAPS staff (https://taps.uchicago.edu/people/staff) that meet weekly to discuss the various ins and outs of a particular design or management discipline. If you are interested in designing, it is strongly encouraged that you attend design cohorts to connect with other designers/managers and learn more about the resources available to you. (You can attend even if you are not interested in joining a show!)
