The below survey is intended to assist me, Jimmy Zappa, with future stories/captions. Fill out this survey to help me guage what type of stories or captions you would like to see. With this information, I can direct my content to my readers more efficiently and effectively.

For caption and story requests, please keep in mind that I don't do them in any order and prioritize DeviantArt Subscription and Patreon Backers first. DeviantArt and Patreon requests can be messaged to be directly. I'm currently not doing paid story requests.

2) Patreon and Deviant Art Pledge Members (DM me directly)
3) Captions that Jimmy wants to work on
4) Everything else
