Enter our design contest by submitting your art. Winners will be selected by the planning committee for the cover art for the FAN-FEST 2025 Guide Book and T-Shirt.
Hancock County residents and library cardholders are welcome to enter by completing this form and
emailing a JPG, PNG, or SVG file to the FAN-FEST planning committee chair
Ash Parker at aparker@hancock.lib.ms.us. The deadline to submit your design is December 1, 2025.
CONTEST RULES:1. One design entry per person.
2. The art and intellectual property must be your own. All characters, places, and ideas represented must be original—please do not use commercial characters or franchises in your design. Submissions with recognizable imagery belonging to another party will be ineligible.
3. You may submit digital art or a digital image of your physical art. Please use a flatbed scanner for the best quality—the library has scanners and can assist if needed.
4. You give HCLS the right to adapt, duplicate, and manufacture your design on print publications and t-shirts that will be sold by the Library Foundation of Hancock County to benefit the library. (The winners will receive a FAN-FEST T-shirt and goodie bag.)
