The COVID-19 crisis has transformed our daily lives and work styles as the world around us got occupied with uncertainty. But within this uncertainty, there exists a myriad of opportunities to design and re-design businesses to grab your desired market. Impact Hub Dhaka is hosting a webinar on “Design thinking”. A human-centered design expert will take this workshop focusing on designing a framework that develops solutions to problems by involving the human perspective in all steps of the problem-solving process. Entrepreneurs can immerse themselves in user’s eye to gain a better understanding of why they are, observe and ask questions to see things from their point of view, identify their biases and assumptions after attending this workshop.

About The Facilitator 
Tazin Shadid, CEO of YY Ventures who has over 15 years of experience in empathy led technology products and servicers and strategy development. Tazin Shadid has co-founded a long list of critical ventures including Spreeha Foundation, Amarlab, Neofarmers and Spider Digital. In this webinar, Tazin Shadid brings his specialization in Human-centred design, and his passion for solving problems to help new generation entrepreneurs in tackling pressing problems of our society through entrepreneurship.

About Youth Co:Lab
Youth Co:Lab positions young people front and center in order to solve the region's most pressing challenges. Co-created in 2017 by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Citi Foundation, Youth Co:Lab aims to establish a common agenda for countries in the Asia-Pacific region to empower and invest in youth, so that they can accelerate the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through leadership, social innovation and entrepreneurship. Youth Co:Lab has been implemented in 25 countries and territories across Asia Pacific including Bangladesh. In addition to directly supporting youth entrepreneurship, Youth Co:Lab works closely with multiple stakeholders across the region, including governments, civil society and the private sector, to strengthen the entrepreneurship ecosystem and policy environment to better enable young people to take the lead on new solutions that will help meet the SDGs.

This workshop will focus on creating a network of changemakers, entrepreneurs, activists and innovators of the society who are working hard to ensure safe and sustainable post corona world. We promise a session of discussion, idea sharing and networking with like-minded professionals to create a safe and bright future. Through our events, we hope to create a network of social champions in our communities that are leading the way for better world. It will be a fun and interactive workshop held on Zoom, in English.
