You are required to let your manager and Tracey Bailey know immediately if at any time in the past 14 days, OR at any time going forward from this point:

You OR anyone else in your household has:
- returned from overseas
- been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for the COVID-19.

Close contact is someone who has been face to face for at least 15 minutes, or been in the same closed space for at least 2 hours.
