U12 Regionals 2023 Declaration
Complete this form to indicate your team's intent to participate, or not, at U12 Regionals. 
Dates & Locations are as follows:
U12A: March 10-12, 2023 - Winsport (Calgary)
U12B/C: March 24-26, 2023 - Edge School (West of Calgary)
Games will begin early on Friday morning.
Cost: $1,000
Deadline to submit registration & send payment is 11:59pm Dec. 15th, 2022.
