In addition to CentreFest weekend, we occasionally have volunteer opportunities available for other activities such as fundraising events, info booths, and more.  If you would like to be informed about these opportunities, please let us know.

Volunteer Expectations 
- I understand that indicated preferences will be taken into account when possible, however, there is no guarantee which areas and shifts will be assigned

- I understand that additional information may be required before shift assignment

- I agree that all personal information is accurate and all questions have been answered truthfully 

- I agree to make myself available for shifts as required and fulfill the obligations of being a volunteer at the CentreFest Street Performer Festival 

- I agree to comply with and honor the Code of Conduct of the CentreFest Street Performer Festival as stated below
Code of Conduct for Volunteers 
 - All volunteers shall make every effort to respectfully represent the Festival and shall not do anything to intentionally damage the Festival's reputation 

- All volunteers shall treat other volunteers, performers, staff, and public with respect. If a problem arises, resolution should be deferred to the volunteer coordinator

- Volunteers shall make every effort to fulfill their responsibilities. Failure to contribute the minimum time requirement without a satisfactory reason, will result in omission of future volunteering with the Centrefest Street Performer Festival 

- There shall be no use/consumption of alcohol or cannabis and cannabis related products by any volunteer who is on duty on the Festival site. Shifts will be reassigned for any volunteer seemingly under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or cannabis related products 
Media Release
I hereby grant full permission to the Organizers to use any photographs and recordings or any record of this event for any purpose including promotion and marketing materials. 
Acknowledgement

I understand and agree that submitting this application form does not automatically register me as a volunteer and that there may be certain qualifications I must meet, including the acceptance of established volunteer policies and procedures before I may begin volunteering.

I understand that if I am under the age of 18 parental/guardian permission is required for participation. 

By submitting this form, I attest that the information I have provided on the form is true and accurate. I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Volunteer Expectations, Code of Conduct, and Media Release. I understand that should I violate the rules set forth, I may face disciplinary action up to and including removal from my volunteer role.
