The Scariest Things 2020 Thingy Awards
Celebrate the best of 2019 Horror in the 2020 Thingy Awards!  The Oscars sometimes leave horror films behind at the station, so if you can't beat em, create a new award! We are a little late in the balloting this year, as the Oscars have already been awarded (Congratulations to Bong Joon Ho!) But the good news is that a number of the independent films are now available streaming.  You can also go back to www.scariesthings.com to see our selections for the 2019 Thingy Awards.

Please vote for ONE candidate.  Now, for those of you who do not get out to the horror film festivals, you can leave the question blank if you haven't seen these films. Fill in what you know.  I will request that you make a selection for the Big Categories, but if you haven't seen the shorts or foreign films, don't sweat it.  Vote for what you know!  (Or better yet, go hunting for these films online!) For the short films, I suggest you go to our site, and watch some of them, as we've posted any of them that have become available for streaming.

We added a few new awards this year:  The Fay Wray Rising Star Award, The Best Poster, Best Screenplay, and Best Horror TV Series.

Ballots will be tabulated for release on March 8 on Podcast Episode 93.

Please note, we will not use the e-mail for anything other than identifying an individual for the purpose of this ballot.  We will not spam you with e-mail!
