Welcome to Mattawan Consolidated School's meal survey. By completing this survey you will help ensure our Food Services department has an accurate count and is able to prepare meals for everyone who needs one.
During the Graduated Remote Return to Learning process, the Mattawan Consolidated School Food Services Department will be providing FREE breakfast and lunch menu options through the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) and MDE (Michigan Department of Education) Extended Summer Food Service Program.
Under this program, we will be offering FREE meals Monday - Sunday to all kids and teens age 18 and younger, as well as for members of the community 18 years and younger, and to those that qualify for special needs up to age 26.
This program includes all learning systems: In Person, Hybrid, and Remote.
For those that are attending school in person and hybrid, meals will be available at school, and on days while they are not in school, for meal pick up at one of our pick up site locations.
