All items sold "as is, where is" and must be paid for at the conclusion of the auction before removing items from the building. All items must be removed from the building the night of the auction. There is no "buyer's premium" or other fees added to the purchase. What you bid is what you pay.
Items may be paid in cash, check from a local bank, or acceptable credit card. The Auctioneer has the final decision in all sales/disputes.
