This event will take place on Tuesday, October 27 from 5:30-8:00 PM in the parking lot of the Salem Civic Center. Please complete the form below if you're interested in decorating a trunk for this event! (We will correspond primarily via email with event details.)

**HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER: All trunk participants must wear a face covering and gloves when distributing candy to the kids at their station. Vehicles will be parked in every other space to promote physical distancing throughout the event. With these safety protocols practiced, we can have a fun event while still being safe and preventing the spread of COVID-19 in our community.

**CANDY DISCLAIMER: Please be sure to come prepared with enough candy/giveaways for several hundred participants.
