I will follow the guidelines in the Patch Ski Club (PSC) membership guide and the PSC Constitution and Bylaws. I understand the PSC is a Private Organization authorized by USAREUR in accordance with DoD 1000.15, AR Reg 210-22, and AE Reg 210-22. I and my family members hereby agree and covenant to release the PSC, its Board of Directors, and PSC Trip Captains from any and all liability arising from personal injury, financial or property loss as a result of my participation in any PSC activity. I understand that my membership fee is non-refundable. *
