Pre-Registration opens Tuesday,  March 4th, for returning students.  Class enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.  Final class configurations and offerings will be determined on actual enrollment and staffing.

Due in large part to the generous grant we received from DES last year, and in keeping with our focus on being sensitive to the needs of our families in the current economy, we are pleased to share that tuition rates have a nominal $10 increase for the next school year. 

The monthly tuition for 2025-26 is as follows:

$335 Two Days/Week
$435 Three Days/Week
$520 Four Days/Week
$625 Five Days/Week

KDO before and after-school care is available at $10/hour.

In order to guarantee placement, a non-refundable registration fee of $125 will be required for all students. Enrollment is not confirmed until the registration fee has been paid in full.  

Currently enrolled students will be sent an invoice for registration fees through the Procare parent app.  

Students new to the preschool (including students who have a returning sibling) will be sent a separate link to register for the Shadow Rock Preschool App (Procare), which manages child check in, staff correspondence, tuition and KDO billing.  You will be able to submit your registration fee online upon completion of the Procare Registration form.

Please complete one registration form for each child you would like to enroll for 2025-26 school year.

Class Registration  **Note! Class Offerings will be determined by the end of April based on staffing, classroom availability, and this pre-registration form.
In the following sections (numbered 1-4) you will choose your class based on your child's Date of Birth (DOB). Within the appropriate DOB section, choose which days you would like your child to attend. This interest form will determine class offerings.  You may only select one of the choices 1-4 with each registration. Each sibling needs a separate registration form submitted.

I understand class configuration will be based on student enrollment and student placement is not guaranteed until registration fee is paid in full.   *
Children who are 3-years or older, and enrolled in a classroom without a diaper-changing area, MUST be fully potty trained by the definition provided below.    

The expectation for a fully potty-trained 3-year-old or older child is that your child will wear cloth underwear, has an awareness of the need to use the restroom, can communicate the need to teachers, and can use the toilet without assistance. Without assistance means the child can pull his/her clothing up and down, get onto a toilet independently, and can properly wipe until clean. AZDHS does not consider Pull-Ups or other potty training pants to be underwear; therefore, they are not permitted to be worn in a 3-year-old or older classroom. 

I understand children with a DOB of 8/31/22 and older must be fully potty-trained as defined above.
