2021-2022 Schedule Change Requests
This form should be used if you wish to make changes to your class schedule.  Class changes will be completed on a first come, first serve basis for electives.  If the change is a required course that change will take priority over changing electives.

                          TEACHER AND PERIOD CHANGE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
                          CHANGING YOUR LUNCH SCHEDULE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  

Once your add/drop form has been submitted, a school counselor will review your request and will contact you to discuss your request.  The counselors office will not begin schedule changes until Wednesday, August 18, 2021.  You will need to follow your schedule until such time that we notify you of your schedule change.  Schedule change notifications by the school counselor may be made via school email.  Please check your school email often.
