Coffee and orange juice are inlcuded in the breakfast price, other drinks have to be paid seperately. 

Prices are €11.50 for breakfast and €13.50 for lunch and dinner when booked in advance.

The pre-order must be reported using this form by March 26, 2024 at the latest. After this date, pre-orders are no longer possible. There are only a limited number of vouchers available for sale during the event and these are €2 more expensive per meal.

After we receive your order form, we will send you an email with the total amount of your order that must be paid within 7 days. You will receive the paid catering vouchers together with your registration documents.

Please note, that already paid vouchers won't be reimbursed. They are only valid for the one explicit date and meal that is printed on the voucher.

Im Frühstückspreis sind Kaffee und Orangensaft enthalten, alle anderen Getränke müssen separat gekauft werden. 

Die Preise sind bei Vorbestellung €11,50 für Frühstuck und €13,50 für Mittagessen und Abendessen. 

Die Vorbestellung muss bis spätestens 22.03.24 mit diesem Formular gemeldet werden. Nach diesen Datum ist keine Vorbestellung mehr möglich. Während der Veranstaltung gibt es nur noch eine begrenzte Anzahl von Vouchers im Verkauf und diese sind pro Mahlzeit €2,- teurer.

Nachdem wir euer Bestellformular erhalten haben, senden wir euch eine Email mit der Gesamtsumme eurer Bestellung zu, die innerhalb von 7 Tagen bezahlt werden muss. Ihr bekommt die bezahlten Catering Voucher zusammen mit euren Anmeldunterlagen.

Bitte beachtet: Wir können bereits bezahlte Catering Voucher nicht mehr zurückerstatten oder umtauschen. Jeder Voucher gilt für einen bestimmten Tag und Mahlzeit, wie auf dem Voucher aufgedruckt.

La reserva debe enviarse mediante este formulario a más tardar el 22 de marzo de 2024. Después de esta fecha, ya no es posible realizar pedidos. Solo hay un número limitado de vales disponibles para la venta durante el evento y cuestan 2 € más por comida.

Después de recibir su formulario de pedido, le enviaremos un email con el total de su orden, que deberá ser pagado dentro de los siguientes 7 días. Recibirá los vales de catering pagados junto con sus documentos de inscripción.

Por favor tener en cuenta, vouchers ya pagados, no serán reembolsados. Los vouchers solo son validos para la fecha y comida que esta impresa en este (revisar la fecha).

Nel prezzo della colazione sono compresi caffè e succo d'arancia, le altre bevande sono da pagare a parte.

I prezzi sono € 11,50 per la colazione e € 13,50 per pranzo e cena se prenotati in anticipo.

Il preordine deve essere segnalato utilizzando questo formulario entro e non oltre il 22 marzo 2024. Dopo tale data non sarà più possibile effettuare preordini. C'è solo un numero limitato di buoni disponibili per la vendita durante l'evento e costano 2 € in più per pasto.

Dopo aver ricevuto il modulo d'ordine, ti invieremo una email con il totale del tuo ordine, che dovrà essere pagato entro i prossimi 7 giorni. Riceverai i buoni ristorazione pagati insieme ai documenti di registrazione.

Attenzione: i buoni acquistati per il catering (Voucher) non sono oggetto di rimborso. Ogni buono vale solo per un giorno preciso, si prega pertanto di prestare attenzione alla data e al pasto stampata sul buono.
