Over the past year, I have been bringing together small groups of white folks to transform how we lead through a racial justice lens. Our New Ancestors Racial Justice Coaching Circles offer a supportive, small, group experience for white folks in leadership positions to work on our antiracist journey together, and support one another to stay in our integrity.

These intimate coaching groups dive into the courage and vulnerability it takes to strengthen our individual voices, make better decisions, and show our solidarity as we strive for more equitable and engaged workplaces, faith communities, and organizations.

Using a peer consulting model, we work through real time problems. By examining our collusion and attachment to dominance, we become more effective in multiracial space, more courageous in exclusively white spaces, and more compassionate with ourselves and others - all in service of staying true to racial justice.
