2019 USAFL Masters vs Legends Sign Up
If you would like to participate in the 2019 Alumni Match, please complete the form below.

If you have your Masters or Legends jumper please bring with you. The match is scheduled for 1pm on the Sunday afternoon, field TBD. All players should meet in front of Tournament Central tent by 12:30 to organize teams.

Players should be over 40, however younger players will be considered if numbers are required.

All participants MUST also be registered with the USAFL: http://register.usafl.com/user/register (registration dues not required if this is your only match to be played).
