Photo/Video Industry LGBTQIA+ Community Needs Survey
Thank you for your interest in sharing your experience as an LGBTQIA+ person in the photo and video industries.

This survey is for everyone identifies as LGBTQIA+ and works in the photo and video production world- both on and off set. Whether you are a creative director, photo editor, cinematographer, hair and make up stylist, gaffer, grip, PA, video editor or beyond- we want to hear from you.

The goal of the survey is to understand the needs of our community so we can help ensure folks are getting the support that they need to succeed.

We encourage you to share the survey with your industry friends so we can build a supportive community that reflects the needs and voices of every part of our experiences.

Your personal information and answers will remain private and will not be shared for any reason. Data collected will be used to assess broad trends in the community in order to assess needs.

You'll have the option to share your email if you are comfortable so that we can be in touch with you about the results of the survey and next steps.
