Oaktree is now recruiting subcommittee members for 2021! This is open to all Oaktree members who have plans to continue their studies at least until the end of this year.

This form is your submission to be on the subcommittee. Voting will occur at the SGM so be sure to attend that (March 17th 6pm via Zoom). Be prepared to give a one minute speech as to why you want the role and what makes you passionate about Oaktree :)

Information about each position is below:

Partnerships Director: Maintaining current networks with clubs, organisations and individuals and creating new relationships.

Media and Communications Co-Director (2 positions available): Maintaining the social media presence of the club, promoting events and fundraisers.

Events Co-Director (2 positions available): Brainstorming, organising and delivering events. Expected to attend Oaktree events to help with set up and execution.

Community Engagement Director: Organising and delivering events to share with the members of our club. Involves brainstorming and organising potential events to host with other clubs.

Note that all six subcommittee positions will be expected to work with one another and the current executive committee, so there may be overlap with some roles :) if you really want to be in subcommittee and don't have a strict preference for one particular position, then we encourage you to apply for more than one role in case you don't get the one you want most
