Cancellation and Late Payment Fee Policy

In case of cancellation, written refund requests must be emailed to MN TRIO Treasure, Sam Hanson (mntrio-treasurer@eoa.org). A 50% refund will be processed for requests made by April 4, 2021, and no refunds will be given after April 4, 2021. You may transfer your conference registration to another person, but they must fall under the same category you registered (member vs. non-member). ALL refunds will be mailed AFTER the Conference.

Please make registration payments to MN TRIO in a timely manner. At the discretion of MN TRIO, a late fee of $25 may be assessed to all unpaid registrations if the fee has not been received within 60 days of invoicing. Any registration fees that are still due beyond 90 days of the initial invoicing date may be assessed an additional $25 at the discretion of MN TRIO.
