S4TK VOLUNTEER SIGN UP FORM
Sports 4 the Kids charity was formed in 2012, by Danny Trosset, and provides scholarships to financially disadvantaged kids so they can play sports and have sports equipment to practice and play. 
This form is to sign up as an individual or a Club volunteer for events.

As a S4TK Club member, you will have many opportunities for leadership and community service hours that are approved for Bright Futures.
