As our families are aware, it was required that we make changes to our food service during the 2020-2021 school year in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment during the pandemic.  Those changes included  limited food choice, lunch in classrooms, no salad bar, etc.  This year, the plan is to return to normal as much as possible and to provide the best possible food service for our students.  This does include the fresh fruit and vegetable bar located at the elementary school.  This survey is for all JSD Families to help us understand your school meal experience.  The information you provide is necessary for us to be able to make your experience better.    Please discuss these questions with your children and answer the following questions regarding your child's experience with the Julesburg School District Food Service.  If you have children in multiple grade levels and their answers vary, please feel free to fill out one survey per child.  All meals (breakfast and lunch) will continue to be free of charge this year as part of the pandemic support.   Thank you for your time and feedback!
