Hello Confirmation Candidates and Families-

First of all, I wanted to thank you for your patience and understanding as we have had to adapt and change to fit the safety standards that have been put into place due to COVID.

We are asking each family to complete the following Google Form to register their two family members that are attending the Confirmation Mass. Please note, that only the two family members that are registered will be allowed to attend the Mass. We are currently working on being able to live stream the Mass so that other family and friends will be able to view their loved one receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.

There are only 2 family members allowed for each candidate. For many families this will be the parents but we didn't want to assume that was the case for everyone. The sponsor is an additional person and don't count toward the 2 allowed family members.
