- Attendance at weeknight classes and tours (schedule at https://fa.oregonstate.edu/recycling/events-and-opportunities/master-recycler-class )

- Fulfillment of at least 30 payback hours in Linn and/or Benton Counties after completion of the course, to educate others and reduce waste in your community.

- Access to the internet for course materials and email for course communications.

- That you live in Benton or Linn counties.
