Summer Camp 2020
*Parish Families: Your Registration Date Begins March 16th. Please do not register before then. Thank you.*

Please fill out all fields completely to register for Camp Saint Rose. If you are registering more than one child, please complete this form separately for each child. All camps are half-day, either from 8:30 a.m. to Noon or 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Campers attending both sessions will stay all day. Lunch needs to be brought and will be eaten in the cafeteria.
* Preschool Camps are either 8:30 a.m.-Noon or you may register them for a full day from 8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. *Preschool Campers MUST BE 3 before June 1st. in order to attend Camp.
*Preschool Campers will need a Signed Potty Trained form in order to attend camp.
*Full-Day Preschool Campers will need a 2in Nap Mat and 2 Child Sized Towels

*Before and Aftercare options are inquiry only at this point. If enough interest, we will confirm with your billing.

Registration is not secure until payment is received. Each half day camp is $135/week. Any camper registered for a full day will receive a discounted rate of $250.00/week. Once registration is completed, school families will be billed by FACTS. You will have 2 weeks from your billing date to pay your camp fees. Families outside of the school will be invoiced and payment is to be received within two weeks of registration as well. All camp costs are due MAY 22 in order to reserve a space. A camp T-shirt is provided and snacks will be served during each day of the camp. A signed concussion statement (see link below) is required for any sports camps. All registrations will be confirmed via email prior to the start of each camp. The grade level for camps is the grade a child enters into for the 2020-2021 School Year.

Refunds: We will refund 75% of your camp fees only if it is requested prior to May 21, 2020. Refunds after this date cannot be made.
