Big Bear Middle School is pleased to announce that we will be offering summer school this year.  It will consist of 15 days beginning Monday, June 14 through Friday, July 2.  School will be in session each day from 8:00-11:30 here at Big Bear Middle School. All students will be working on building skills in English Language Arts and Math.  Students who received failing grades during the 2020-2021 school year are strongly encouraged to attend in order to be ready for the rigors of next school year.  

Summer School Policies:
All regular school rules apply during Summer School.
Attendance is mandatory.  Due to the shortness of summer school, a student who misses more than two days of school for ANY reason will not receive credit and will be immediately dropped from class.  Two tardies are equal to one absence.
Students are expected to arrive on time to begin classes, and parents are expected to pick up students promptly when done with their class(es).  Likewise, students are not permitted to leave during breaks.
Please also remember students will be required to follow CDC COVID-19 Safety Precautions, including wearing facial covering and maintaining social distancing at all times while on campus.
