  • Once the form is completed, an estimate for the approval of the requested project will be dispatched to the submitted email address. This step will take place before any deposit is made or any project work begins.
  • Upon approval of the estimate, we will advance to the subsequent phase, which involves presenting a design proof that includes the design elements, colors, cut lines, and shapes. We refrain from printing, delivering, or shipping any project until we have full customer satisfaction and explicit approval to proceed with production, delivery, or shipment.

Terms and Condition

  • For all projects exceeding $250.00, a 50% deposit is required, which will be deducted from the final balance. 
  • Proofs are essential for reviewing layout, dimensions, spelling, grammar, specifics, and color choices. Once a proof is approved by a customer, Extreme Realities Design will not be liable for any inspected items listed. Should any errors necessitate reprints, the responsibility will fall on the customer
  • A proof does not precisely match the final product's color or print quality but serves as a representation. Proofs are provided in a digital format, which means the colors you see in RGB will appear significantly brighter on a computer or phone screen compared to the actual printed colors in CMYK. If desired, we are more than willing to provide printed color samples before proceeding with the final project print.

If needed please provide a high quality file for your project. We prefer high quality vector files like Ai, EPS, or PDF files. We will work with high quality logos and PNGs. We do have to charge a $35 per hour design fee for vectorizing a logo or design for print if the quality isn't available to us.
