Eco Somatic Resourcing - 45 min Mini Workshop

How do we find support within our being? By connecting to breath, our movement, and the earth’s body, we can learn self-regulation skills through eco-somatic exploration. Utilizing dance/movement therapy and mindfulness practices, we will foster connection with body, mind, and the natural world surrounding us.
