Nominating form for election to positions described in the Call to Elections - October 2021. All candidates for any Association election must be active members in good standing. By completing and submitting this form, you are asking that your name be listed on a ballot in the next Association election for the positions that you choose on this form.

Note that write-in voting will not be permitted on the ballots in these elections. Any ballot with a write-in vote entry will be disqualified and not counted.

NOTE: All submissions will be acknowledged by email. If you do not receive an email acknowledging your submission, then you are not properly registered and your name may not appear on the ballot. If you do not receive an email acknowledging your submission within two (2) business days, call the EAA Office at (703) 370-1121 for assistance.
