Semantic Web India is a start-up company incubated at AIC – CCMB (Atal Incubation Centre – Centre for Cellular Molecular Biology), Hyderabad. Our focus is to develop a SaaS (Software as a service) platform for gene variant analysis for Genetics clinics in India. Our SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for gene variant prioritisation process starts from VCF to report generation, and aims to provide a comprehensive analysis by linking information from various disparate biomedical and genetics resources. We are also building a knowledge base data repository for Indian genome variation for clinical genetic medicine. Therefore, we would like to gather few information from you that will help us build a comprehensive platform. The information collected will help us include features that align with critical requirements of users.
