The Support for Japanese Transcription, View and Search feature team is pleased to open applications for Beta candidates.  Beta testing is an important part of our development process and we sincerely appreciate your interest in participating!

This feature will provide the ability to transcribe Japanese calls. The transcripts will be viewable in the interaction pane, and will be searchable for words and phrases through content search.

We are currently looking for organizations that meet the following criteria to participate in this Beta:
* Licensed for Genesys Cloud CX 1 WEM Upgrade, Genesys Cloud CX 2 WEM Upgrade, or Genesys Cloud CX 3


If you and your organization would like to be considered for participation in the Topic Mining in Intent Miner Beta, please complete this survey.  Upon submission, your Org will be added to the pool for consideration.  There is no guarantee that a particular Org will be accepted into the Beta.

Upon completion of the Beta recruitment period and selection of Beta testers, all applicants will receive notification regarding their acceptance status for this Beta.
