Summer Fun 2024 Enrollment/Credit Card Authorization (WAITLIST)
Please use this form to register for your desired weeks and days for Summer Fun, Pre- K Power Up, Bridge Camp and Trinity Academy AND to fill out your credit card information for payment.    

*****Credit card will be charged for all registered weeks on April 1st, 2024. Please be sure to make any changes before that date to avoid being charged. After April 1st, 2024 no refunds will be given.*****

Be sure and scroll all the way down for all available options and don't forget to hit submit at the end. Please use a separate form for each child.

**Please know that this is a request for weeks and not a guarantee. If your chosen weeks are full you will be placed on the waitlist and contacted. If you are not contacted it means you got your chosen spots and will be billed accordingly.**

Summer Fun Rates:
5 Days a week M-F $275/wk. or $1050/mo.
3 Days a week MWF $200/wk. or $750/mo.
2 Days a week T/TH $150/wk. or $550/mo.

Power Up Rates:
$300/wk., any 4 weeks -$50.00

Bridge Camp Rates:
$300/wk., both weeks -$25.00

Trinity Academy Rates:
$300/wk., any 4 weeks -$50.00

Discount Applies if registered and paid in full by April 1st
Registration fee of $50.00 after April 1st

*** Week 5 TES is closed on Thursday and Friday, July 4th and 5th, therefore there is only a 3 day option (M/T/W) for $200. Week 5 is not included in multi week discount. ***

****Children who were not students at Trinity Episcopal School during the 23/24 school year will need to have an enrollment form and vaccination record on file.****

Tuition & fees associated with Summer Fun are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, they can be applied toward another week if you choose to switch weeks - based on space and date availability. Date changes must be made by noon on Thursday of the week prior to enrolled dates. Once a week has begun, no changes will be allowed. Tuition will not be refunded for any days missed by children due to illness or schedule conflicts. Once the week has begun dates may not be changed. We staff based on the number of children enrolled each week. *
