A limited number of scholarships are available for students in the Summer Youth and Teen One Week Programs who have  exceptional financial need. Scholarships may be limited by parameters set by funding organizations (geographic location, age, etc.) To apply, a parent or guardian must complete the following information and mail a copy of their most recent (2019 preferred) Federal Tax Return and any other documents demonstrating financial need. Upon review of your application, proof of dependency may also be requested.

Applications will not be reviewed until:
1. This form is submitted.
2. Necessary documentation is received.

Applications are due by March 31, 2020.
