The HKIE Structural Division Annual Seminar 2021 Enrollment Form
Enrollment will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as seats are limited.

The Annual Seminar will be held via both online platform and live mode. Subject to the social distancing arrangement of the venue, number of live mode registration will be limited and be confirmed at the time closer to the event date. If situation is not warranting for participants to join in-person, designated online link will be offered to registered participants.

Format: Hybrid (Both Live and Virtual)

Fee
- Early Bird - Live Ticket: HK$ 650 (Registration on or before 28 February 2022)
- Early Bird - Online Ticket: HK$ 410 (Registration on or before 28 February 2022)
- Standard - Live Ticket:  HK$ 800 (No Lunch will be provided)
- Standard - Online Ticket:  HK$ 500
- Young Members Committee of HKIE / Full-time Postgraduate Student (Online/Live): HK$300
- Undergraduate Student (Online/Live): $50
