The leadership of Rocky Creek Missionary Baptist Church is asking for your help in assessing the ability of our church to meet your spiritual needs. Please take a few moments to answer the following questions. We invite everyone in your household 12 or older who attends worship to be involved in this process.

If a paper copy is needed, please call the church secretary at 864-967-7905 and return via the following options:

          a. You can drop it off with the church secretary M-Th between 11 am-4 pm.
          b. Drop off on Sunday when dropping off tithes & offering between 11 am-12 pm.
          c. Mail in the envelope provided by Sept 27, 2020 (date).

Since all information is to be anonymous, please do not write your name on the survey or the envelope.
