Pre-Registration for Kindergarten
Pre-Registration forms are for students who will be five years old on or before August 31, 2020.

Standard Enrollment Applications will be available when we return to school and safety standards are established. At that time, the following documents will be required:
-Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB)
-Copy of Birth Certificate
-Current/Complete Immunization Records with NC Kindergarten Assessment form
-Parent's Driver License and Enrollment Card
-Custody Papers (if applicable)

If you know someone who has a child who will be attending Kindergarten at Cherokee Elementary School, but doesn't have internet access, please let me them know they will have the opportunity to register the child as soon as we have safety standards in place.
