WEEKLY OPTION
6 weeks on Thursdays from 12 PM to 1 PM; Thursday June 2 through Thursday July 7

Cost:
$510 (comes out to $85 per session)
- $300 non-refundable deposit due when paperwork is completed
- $210 remainder will be debited from card on file on June 2 prior to the first meeting.
A receipt for insurance will be provided; depending on your policy, you could potentially get at least some of this cost reimbursed.

MONTHLY OPTION
Details TBD; if interested in this one only, please indicate in form below and I will follow up with you once details are solidified. The group likely will meet once per month on either Mondays at 12 PM or Thursdays at 11 AM.
