You will either need to email a scanned copy of your child's birth certificate, proof of residency, and immunization record to prennard@pvsd.org or present them in person prior to your child's first day.

A copy of any custody agreement may be scanned to prennard@pvsd.org or presented to your child's school prior to the school being able to observe its orders.
