Thank you for participating in the GeoCorps America program! Your time and dedication as a mentor to one of our participants is greatly appreciated.

Completing the evaluation will take approximately 10 -15 minutes. Your responses are extremely valuable to us. They help us to ensure that our participants are of the highest quality, that we are meeting your needs as mentors, and guide improvements to these programs in future years.

This evaluation should be completed by the US Forest Service staff who are listed as Primary and/or Secondary mentor for any GeoCorps participant, or who dedicated a significant amount of time to work directly related to GeoCorps.

Examples of such work are:
- Completing the online project proposal/description
- Involvement in selecting the GeoCorps participant
-       Acting as the main mentor/supervisor for the participant, though not listed as a supervisor
-       Approving participant time sheets
