This Work Group brings together participant schools who wish to continue to develop a teaching for mastery approach to implement the DFE KS3 Guidance.  There are three possible pathways depending on the experience and needs of the participant and their department.  By training the department through the individual, changes will be brought about within the department by the empowered participant.

Who is this professional development suitable for?

Teachers from a secondary maths department that has taken part in the Teaching for Mastery programme.

Time commitment: Either 1 full day and 4 afternoon sessions or 3 full days depending on the option selected
