ALL players, internal and external, interested in trying out for a Competitive Select Team must fill out this form.
This form will close the day before tryouts. If it is closed and you would still like to attend the tryout, please do attend and make sure to provide your contact information at check-in.
To be considered for financial aid for the 23/24 Season, please ensure you fill out the
application and submit the required forms ASAP.
